OKB is the native utility token of the OKX exchange ecosystem, issued by OKX. Holders receive trading-fee discounts on OKX spot and derivatives products, access to launchpad sales and discounts across the wider OKX ecosystem. OKB has also been migrated as the gas token of OKX's X Layer — an Ethereum Layer 2 — and is bridged to multiple chains. As an exchange-affiliated token, OKB's value is closely tied to OKX's business performance, listings and regulatory standing — exchange-token economics depend on the issuer's continued operation. Like all exchange tokens, it carries platform, regulatory and counterparty risk on top of normal crypto volatility.
