Mantle (MNT) is the native token of Mantle Network, an Ethereum Layer 2 launched in mid-2023 that uses an optimistic rollup with modular data availability. The project began as BitDAO — one of the largest on-chain treasuries in crypto — before rebranding to Mantle.
