LEO Token (LEO) is the utility token of iFinex, the parent company of the Bitfinex exchange, launched in 2019 via an IEO. Holders receive trading-fee discounts on Bitfinex spot, margin and derivatives products, plus other perks across the iFinex ecosystem. iFinex commits to monthly buybacks and burns funded by group revenues, reducing circulating supply over time. LEO's value is closely tied to Bitfinex's business performance and regulatory standing — if exchange volumes or fee structures change, the token's utility changes with them. Like all exchange tokens, it carries platform, regulatory and counterparty risk on top of normal crypto volatility.
