BCAP is a tokenised share representing exposure to a Blockchain Capital venture fund — an early experiment in putting a regulated VC fund on-chain. The token is restricted to qualified / accredited investors under US securities rules, and trading is paused or unavailable on most public venues. Holders gain exposure to the underlying private fund's portfolio of crypto and Web3 investments.
